COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage
2 carrots
1 onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1/2 cucumber
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
1/4 c. dill pickle juice
1 c. mayonnaise

Shred cabbage, grate carrots, onion and cucumber, finely dice bell pepper. Add dressing, dill pickle juice and mayonnaise and mix well. Chill several hours or overnight.
