PUMPKIN CAKE 
STEP 1:

1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 c. dry cake mix for Step 3)
6-7 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg

Mix and press into bottom of 9"x13" cake pan. (Will be paste like.)

STEP 2:

1 lg. can (29 oz.) pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. canned evaporated milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice

Mix together and pour over bottom layer.

Or use 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon cloves, 1 teaspoon ginger and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.

STEP 3:

1 c. cake mix
1/2 c. white sugar
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix until crumbly then sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Check for done like pumpkin pie.
