1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple & juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can evaporated milk
2 tsp. horseradish
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese

Add boiling water to both packages of Jello, dissolve and cool. Mix pineapple and juice, lemon juice, evaporated milk together and add to Jello. Chill until almost thick. Fold in horseradish, nuts and mayonnaise and cottage cheese. Pour into mold. Serves 20.
