CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
2 heads lettuce
1/3 pkg. won ton skins (cut in strips & deep fry)
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. coriander

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated ginger (opt.)
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Mix dressing and add to above ingredients. Add won ton skins last.
