CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lb. chicken breast
8 oz. frozen broccoli pieces
6 oz. box Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
8 slices of Velveeta cheese, diced

Cook chicken until tender, cool, take off bone. Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Cook stuffing as directed.

In a 9 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch baking dish alternate chicken and broccoli, then top with Velveeta cheese. Top it all with cream of celery soup. Spread stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
