B-B-Q BEEF BRISKET 
1 fresh beef brisket, any size
1 c. water
1 lg. Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce

Bake beef brisket in 1 cup water for at least 1 hour in a covered casserole dish or pot. Cook longer if more than 1 brisket or a large brisket. Remove from juice and completely cool. Slice with grain of meat. About 20 minutes before eating, pour BBQ sauce over sliced meat and heat through in the oven.
