STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
24 oz. + 8 oz. can tomato sauce
12 oz. pkg. med. noodles
1 med. onion
1/2 c. sour cream, lowfat, softened
8 oz. cottage cheese, lowfat
8 oz. + 4 oz. cream cheese, lowfat
Garlic & seasoned salt

Brown ground chuck, drain; add tomato sauce. Add garlic and seasoned salt or pepper. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and chopped onion in separate bowl.

In greased or sprayed 9 x 13 inch pan (or 2 smaller casserole dishes) add one layer of noodles, then add the cream cheese mixture. Add the remaining noodles, then add the tomato sauce mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
