BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 lbs. beef, cut in sm. bite size pieces
1 pkg. dried onion soup
2 cans mushrooms
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Accent
Dash black pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. red wine (optional)

Brown meat in small amount of butter. Next put onion mix over meat with mushrooms and about 1 cup of water and simmer in electric skillet with the Worcestershire sauce, Accent, bouillon cube and black pepper about 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Before serving fold in sour cream and red wine.
