Melt 1 stick butter in oblong pan. Mix 1 box yellow cake mix (with pudding) and 1 egg (beaten). Add your melted butter to this and pat down in pan.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar
3 eggs, beaten

Mix well and pour over bottom layer in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
