PEACH COBBLER | |
4 tbsp. butter 1 c. Eagle Brand milk 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. reconstituted lemon juice 1 can peach pie filling (or apple, cherry, etc.) In pan, melted butter in oven. Pat down graham cracker crumbs into butter. Mix sour cream, Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Pour over crumbs. Pour carefully the fruit. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Add nuts on top if desired, after cobbler has cooled for 5 minutes. |
