CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger
2 green peppers, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
6 onions, chopped
2 cans tomato soup
2 (28 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash paprika
1 tsp. chili powder (optional)
2 (40 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans

Brown meat in frying pan. Saute peppers, celery and onions. Stir all ingredients together in large kettle. Bring to boil and then cook about 1-1 1/2 hours on simmer. Keep stirring. To thicken, if needed. Mix together 1/2 cup flour and 1 cup water. Stir into chili.
