MAINE DISH DINNER 
1 lb. hamburger
2 sticks celery, chopped
1 med. onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 can tomatoes
1 can green beans
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. rice (instant is best for this recipe)

In large skillet brown meat, onions and chopped celery together until celery and onion are tender. Meantime, put tomatoes in blender and set for chop. Then add to meat along with green beans and tomato sauce. Sprinkle the spices; amounts can be changed to taste. Add 2 cups rice and simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.
