PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
12 oz. chocolate chips

Cream together peanut butter and butter. Add sugar and mix well. Press into pan and chill one hour. Melt chocolate chips and pour on top. Chill. Note: Cut into squares after 5 minutes of refrigeration so chocolate won't be hard and break when cut.
