3 c. biscuit mix
1 c. beer
3/4 c. sour cream
1 (.56 oz.) pkg. green onion dip
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine biscuit mix and beer; stir well. Spoon dough into a greased 9 inch square baking dish. Combine sour cream, onion dip, and egg. Spread over dough. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Cut into squares.
