MACAROON KISS COOKIES 
1/3 c. butter
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. orange juice
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
5 c. (14 oz.) coconut
54 Hershey Kisses

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk, almond extract and orange juice; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to cream mixture. Stir in 3 cups of coconut. Cover tightly, chill 1 hour.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in remaining coconut. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven; immediately press unwrapped kiss on top of each cookie. Cook 1 minute. Carefully remove from cookie sheet, cool completely on wire rack.
