BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. baby lima beans
2 onions, sliced
1/3 of a cottage ham or smoked butt
3/4 tsp. salt
Water to cover

Wash and soak beans overnight. Drain in morning. Place beans in pressure cooker with onions and ham. Put in salt and water to cover ham. Bring slowly to 15 lbs. pressure. After the weight on pressure cooker jiggles, cook 20 minutes. Reduce pressure. Drain in colander.
