LUNCH - BOX CHOCOLATE CAKE 
4 oz. (125 g.) semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. (30 ml) water
2 tbsp. (30 ml) butter
1/4 c. (50 ml) heavy cream
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. (45 ml) sugar
3 tbsp. (45 ml) flour
3 egg whites, beaten stiff with pinch of salt
Extra whipped cream for topping & chocolate sprinkles for decoration

Place chocolate and water in large glass bowl. Microwave 2 minutes, uncovered, at HIGH. Mix in butter. Add cream and mix well. Mix in egg yolks; then add sugar and mix well.

Mix in flour until well incorporated. Using spatula fold in beaten egg whites until thoroughly incorporated.

Pour batter into 8 cup (2 L) glass pie plate and microwave 12 minutes, uncovered, at MEDIUM. Cool thoroughly before serving and garnish cake as directed. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
