Oven at 350 degrees. Use 13 x 9 inch cake pan, greased and floured.

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. soft butter
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, undrained
1/2 c. semi-sweet pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts in large mixer bowl. Blend well at lowest speed. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate and pieces of nuts. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. No icing needed.
