PISTACHIO DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts (ground)

FIRST LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tub (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

SECOND LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
3 c. milk (prepare as on pkg.)

Crust: Mix flour, butter and nuts then spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

First Layer: Mix and spread cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar over crust.

Second Layer: Prepare pudding as on package (using 3 cups of milk)

Top with remaining Cool Whip and 1/2 cup ground nuts.
