MICROWAVE - SWEET AND SOUR
MEATBALLS
 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/4 c. Quick Quaker Oats
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder

SAUCE:

1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 jar chili sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
Dash lemon juice

Mix first 7 ingredients together - shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place in 12x7 inch baking dish. Cover with vented plastic. Cook on high 4 minutes. Then turn - move inside meatballs to outside and vice versa. Then cook at 30% for 3 minutes.

Mix sauce together in saucepan, heat. Add meatballs to sauce and heat until all is warmed through. Serve with rice and vegetables. Can be made day before or early in a.m. - Quick supper.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
