BROCCOLI SALAD 
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed
About 2 heads broccoli
Green onions
About 4 oz. mushrooms

Mix all ingredients except vegetables and let stand covered in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Shake. Slice up vegetables into bite-size pieces. Slice up broccoli stalks into thin slices for interesting designs as a visual compliment, if desired.

Pour dressing over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator, if possible, shaking or turning occasionally to marinate.

Make dressing to taste, adding or subtracting honey and vinegar.
