CHICKEN BREASTS WITH STUFFING 
4 boneless chicken breasts
4-6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water

Hammer chicken breasts to flatten and place in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Cover chicken with cheese slices. Whip soup, soup mix, water and sour cream. Pour over chicken.

Mix stuffing mix and butter together. Pour on top of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When stuffing begins to brown, cover casserole with aluminum foil.

This recipe is good and keeps the chicken nice and moist, but is fairly salty tasting. I would suggest using 1/2 package of onion soup mix, and possibly a low sodium cream of chicken soup. Would also taste really good over mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
