CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts, boiled
1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
6 green onions, diced
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. sliced green olives (optional)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts

Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package, omit the butter. Add green onions, peppers, and olives.

Mix the artichoke juice with the mayonnaise and curry powder. Add to rice mixture. Add artichoke and chicken and mix lightly.
