BEEF AND MACARONI STEW | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1/4 c. instant minced onion 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic 3 1/2 c. (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese Brown meat in butter. Add all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Cook, covered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese. Serve hot. |
