MICROWAVE CRUNCH BARS 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. multi-grain cereal

Combine butter and corn syrup in bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Microwave on high 45 seconds or until bubbly. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. Add peanut butter and cinnamon to syrup mixture, stirring until smooth. Gradually add cereal, stirring until well coated. Press mixture into pan; chill for several hours. Cut into 16 bars and stir in air-tight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
