SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (9") double pastry shell, unbaked
1 (6 oz.) can frozen sugar free apple juice concentrate
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 lg. apples, peeled & sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
Melted butter or milk

Heat apple juice, thicken with cornstarch. Stir in butter and cinnamon. Pour thickened juice over apple sin large bowl; stir carefully. Sprinkle with salt. Pour into pastry lined pan. Cover with top crust, sealing edge. Brush top with melted butter or milk. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Cut steam vents in top. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
