SPINACH PIES FATHIYIR BI SPANEGH 
2 bags spinach, washed and chopped
3 med. onions, chopped
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 c. pine nuts
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. dried mint
24 med. size balls of basic dough (3 inch diameter)

Squeeze chopped spinach to remove all water. Add chopped parsley, nuts, seasonings, salt, lemon, oil and mint. Mix very roll. Roll ball of dough into circle and add heaping tablespoon of filling and close in triangular shape. Place on oiled cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
