PINEAPPLE CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tub Cream Cheese frosting
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve 3 tablespoons. Press remaining mixture firmly into 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake 10 minutes, cool. Mix together frosting, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Beat on high for 3 minutes. Fold in pineapples. Pour over crumbs. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill. May be frozen.
