TURKEY POT PIE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. light cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
3 1/2 c. turkey
Cubed veggies (carrots, potatoes, peas, etc.)

Cook and stir onion in butter until tender. Add salt and pepper. Blend in remaining ingredients and cook on low until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Put in an ungreased baking dish and make crust.

CRUST:

2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. shortening

Stir to form a soft dough. Smooth onto floured board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough out to fit pan. Cut slits in top and place on hot filling. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
