SESAME PORK TENDERLOIN | |
Marinade: 2 pork tenderloins 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup orange juice 1 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. minced ginger or dry equivalent 1 clove garlic, minced 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/4 cup burgundy 1/4 cup chicken broth or boullion 2 tsp. cornstarch Marinate pork in ingredients 8 hours or overnight. Remove meat from marinade, place in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes or until temperature on meat thermometer is 160°F. Slice and tent with foil to keep warm. Combine marinade with burgundy and chicken broth in a pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix 2 Tbsp. water with 2 tsp. cornstarch. Add to marinade mixture and boil one minute more until clear and thick. Drizzle over meat and serve with rice, garlic broccoli and mardarin salad. |
