2 lg. tart apples, peeled sliced
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
Pastry for a double crust, 9" pie
Milk

PASTRY FOR 2 CRUST PIE:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. lard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
