CORNED BEEF JELLO SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello
3 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. diced celery
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
5 hard cooked eggs, cut up
2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 can corned beef, broken up

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add vinegar and salt. When it begins to thicken or at least is cold, add remaining ingredients. May substitute 1/4 cup chopped pepper and 1 cup chopped cucumber (long imported kind). Serves 16.
