1 chicken 1/2 lb. bacon 1/2 lb. mushrooms Onions 2-3 glasses red burgundy wine 1 tbsp. flour Bay leaves Salt pepper Cut chicken in pieces and fry separately, set aside. Fry half pound bacon cut in small pieces with onions. Place in large pan the chicken, bacon, onions and 1/2 pound of mushrooms cut up. Mix 2 or 3 glasses of red burgundy wine with 1 tablespoon flour and add to pan. Add spices (bay leaves, pepper, salt, etc.). Cook for 1 hour over low heat. |
