3/4 c. sugar
3 1/3 c. instant powdered milk
3/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together. If yours is a big family, double the recipe and mix in the processor using the plastic blade. Store in a tightly closed container in a cool place. Shake mix again before using. Use the following recipes for making puddings.
