ERIK'S FROZEN STRAWBERRY SLUSH
(SORBET)
 
1 lb. bag frozen strawberries
3/4 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar (more or less according to taste)

Allow strawberries to soften a little at room temperature. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Process or blend until mixture is smooth. Adjust sugar according to taste. Pour mixture into plastic container and freeze.
