JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1 can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix all ingredients and pour into a preheated greased skillet. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
