BEEFY BAKED BEANS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (31 oz.) pork and beans
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 slices bacon

Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well. Combine beef and next 6 ingredients, stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8x12x2 inch baking dish. Arrange bacon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. 8 servings.
