PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
1 c. water
1 c. rice (I use Success rice, but any kind is OK)
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

FOR SAUCE:

3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, rice, water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape into 2 inch balls. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Stir together ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 8-10 servings.
