3 c. beet juice (from cooking beets)
4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
1 pkg. Kool Aid (any flavor)

Combine juice, sugar and Sure-Jell. Cook for a good 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Kool Aid. Pour in jars and seal.
