BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed American cheese
2 c. chicken bouillon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. half & half or milk

In large saucepan, cook broccoli in 1 cup water; do not drain. Put milk, bouillon, cheese and flour into blender. Cover and process at grind. Add mixture to broccoli. (NOTE: Broccoli can also be processed in the blender for a smoother consistency.) Add the half & half or milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens.
