BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. water
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
Flour (enough to cover steak)

Sliver round steak. Dredge in flour. Brown steak in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
