PEPPER RELISH 
12 red peppers
12 green peppers
12 lg. onions
3 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed or pickling spice
Hot pepper to taste

Grind everything and cover with boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Boil 15 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 3 pints. Great with dried beans!
