MOLDED MINT CANDY 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Food coloring (your choice)
Granulated sugar

Mash cheese at room temperature. Add flavoring and coloring. Work together well; add sugar; work well. Roll into marble sized balls and dip into small amount of granulated sugar. Press into mold with sugar side down, unmold. Makes 50. Freezes well.
