BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. raw round steak, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 oz. beef broth
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 c. sour cream
Egg noodles, cooked

Mix first 5 ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Cook egg noodles until tender. Stir sour cream into meat mixture just before serving over noodles. Serves 4.
