PECAN LOG 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch fudge mix
28 (8 oz.) vanilla caramels
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Prepare fudge mix according to package directions; cool. Roll into 4 rolls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Melt caramels with milk; spread rolls with caramel mixture. Roll in pecans. Chill. Cut in 1-inch slices. Makes 32.
