CHEESE LOG 
1 1/2 lb. size Velveeta (middle size box)
1 (8 oz.) size cream cheese
1 lb. hoop cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic flakes
1 tsp. onion powder or minced
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Grate all cheeses. Add garlic, onion and chopped pecans well. Shape into long log or make two short.

OUTER COATING FOR CHEESE LOG:

1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red or black pepper

Mix together well. Roll cheese log in coating until completely covered. Use hand to smooth and spread if necessary. Keep in refrigerator. Slice and serve on crackers.
