PARTY HAM CASSEROLE 
8 oz. cooked noodles
3 c. cubed ham
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. instant onions
2 tsp. prepared mustard (Dijon)
1 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Rinse noodles after cooking in cold water and butter.

In saucepan combine soup and milk. Stir and cook until smooth. Add onion, mustard, sour cream and mix. Butter casserole. Layer ham, noodles and sauce. Repeat. Toss bread crumbs with 2 tbsp. butter in saute pan. Spread on ham, noodle mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 degrees, 30 minutes. 6 servings.
