6 tbsp. butter
3 c. onions, minced
3 c. celery, minced
12 tbsp. brown sugar
12 tbsp. vinegar
18 tbsp. mustard
28 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. salt
2 (14 oz.) bottles ketchup
14 oz. water
12 tbsp. lemon juice
12 drops hot sauce

Melt butter - add onions and celery. Brown. Add all the other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are soft. Let set for one day before using.
