CABBAGE SALAD 
1 cabbage, chopped or shredded
1/4 purple cabbage, chopped or shredded
1 carrot, shredded
4 green onions, diced
1 c. toasted slivered almonds

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
Flavoring packet from Garden Top Ramen Noodle pkg.

Blend in blender well.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Garden Top Ramen

Break Ramen into pieces and lightly toast under broiler. When ready to serve, toss all together except topping. Add topping right before serving so the noodles won't become soggy.
