POPCORN PUDDING 
2 1/2 qts. popped popping corn
4 c. milk, scalded
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Crush popcorn into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. Put the crumbs and milk in a bowl. Cover bowl with plate and let the mixture soak for about 2 hours at room temperature. Stir in all other ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or cold with applesauce.
